TYPE B SALES TAX BOARD

MEETS: 2nd Wednesday (and 4th if needed) of each month
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Duncanville City Hall - Council Briefing Room, 203 E. Wheatland Rd.

DUTIES:

  1. Holds public hearings on proposed Economic Development and Community Enhancement programs and projects.

  2. Makes recommendations to the City Council regarding those programs and projects and the expenditure of Type B sales tax funds.

  3. The Type B Board elects a President and a Vice-President.

  4. Prompt attendance at all meetings is urged. If three (3) meetings are missed without a valid excuse, the member may be replaced.
